Billie Eilish is known for expressing her views on politics.

Billie Eilish, who is 24 years old, has talked about billionaires, Palestine, and recently ICE activities in Minnesota. When she accepted the 2026 MLK Jr. Beloved Community Environmental Justice Award, she spoke out against ICE but did not mention them by name.

Billie Eilish talked about America and said, “neighbors [are] being kidnapped, peaceful protesters being assaulted and murdered.” She was talking about the murder of Renee Good in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After another ICE activity resulted in deaths, Billie took to her Instagram to slam her fellow peers that have remained silent.

At a protest, a VA nurse named Alex Pretti, who is 37 years old, was shot and killed by ICE agents. Many are upset with the way the Trump administration is handling the situation, and videos taken by witnesses do not match what is being said.

Billie Eilish put a video on Instagram referring to Alex Pretti as a “real American hero.” She later put up a post that said, “’I don’t do politics’ Ok, well you’re a fully grown adult so maybe it’s time to start.”

The singer from the show “Birds of a Feather” posted a photo of herself looking confused and sent a sharp nine-word message to other celebrities, saying, “Hey my fellow celebrities u gonna speak up? Or…”

Other celebrities have also expressed their opinions regarding the actions of ICE. Olivia Rodrigo expressed her anger by posting on Instagram Stories.

Olivia Rodrigo posted a photo with the caption “Murderous federal agency. Supporting the protesters. Tell the Senate to stop funding this agency with another $10 billion.”

In another post, Olivia Rodrigo stated, “We are not powerless. Our actions matter. I stand with Minnesota.”

Olivia Rodrigo is not the first person to speak out regarding the actions of ICE and the Department of Homeland Security.

Olivia Rodrigo also spoke out regarding the actions of ICE and the Department of Homeland Security, as a video was using one of her songs to tell undocumented immigrants to “self-deport.”

“Don’t ever use my songs to promote your racist, hateful propaganda,” she wrote.

The investigation regarding the shooting of Pretti is underway, and the protests have begun in Minneapolis and other parts of the United States.
