BLACKPINK is set to be the first K-pop group in history to headline a stadium concert in Vietnam.
The K-Pop group announced on Monday that its “Born Pink World Tour” will stop in Hanoi, Vietnam, on July 29 and 30, 2023. The two-day concert will take place at My Dinh National Stadium.
The My Dinh National Stadium, which seats over 40,000 people, is a popular venue for major sporting events in Asia, including the 2021 Southeast Asian Games. Other K-Pop events that have taken place there include the Music Bank World Tour in 2015 and KCON in 2022.
Before Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa arrive in Hanoi, Blackpink will perform an encore at the Stade de France in Paris on July 15th. The K-pop group will then fly to the United States for five concerts in three different states: New Jersey, Las Vegas, and California.
According to the K-Pop group’s official website, ticket information for Blackpink’s “Born Pink” World Tour in Hanoi, Vietnam, will be released soon.
