Beyoncé put on a show to remember in the highly anticipated halftime show of the NFL game between the Houston Texans and the Baltimore Ravens that was live-streamed on Netflix. Dubbed the “Beyoncé Bowl,” it served as the live debut for her Cowboy Carter album, merging Texas style with unparalleled showmanship.

The global icon embraced her Texan roots in an all-white bodysuit adorned with chaps, a matching wide-brimmed cowboy hat, and her signature Cowboy Carter sash. Beyoncé’s setlist featured tracks like “16 Carriages,” “Jolene,” “Levii’s Jeans,” “Texas Hold ’Em,” and the fan-favorite “SWEET ★ HONEY ★ BUCKIIN’.” The performance seamlessly merged country-western aesthetics with her signature pop-R&B sound.

Then there was the addition of magic to the performance brought in by Beyoncé with the special guests: the up-and-coming sensation Shaboozey and chart-crushing rapper Post Malone, fusing styles into a Texan-themed extravaganza. Beyoncé topped off the halftime show with a major announcement via Instagram, hinting at a surprise drop to come on January 14th.
