Triple Frontier is about special forces operatives reuniting to plan a heist in a sparsely populated multi-border zone of South America. For the first time in their prestigious careers, these unsung heroes undertake this dangerous mission for themselves instead of the country. But when events take an unexpected turn and threaten to spiral out of control, their skills, their loyalties, and their morals are pushed to a breaking point in an epic battle for survival.
Triple Frontier is above and beyond your typical war hero movie. In America today, they are over 67,000 homeless veterans and 65% of soldiers who leave the military end up broke, according to the military wallet. The movie illustrates how soldiers fight for their country but their country doesn’t fight for them. This movie illustrates the real lives of some veterans in the world but instead these soldiers had another opportunity.
Netflix has been killing it with the original films as of late with underrated movies such as What Happened To Monday and blockbuster hits like BirdBox. This movie Triple Frontier will join the elite class of Netflix original films.
Triple Frontier is in select theaters on March 6, 2019 and on Netflix March 13, 2019.
