The New York Post reported 28-year-old Brenton Tarrant was charged with one count of murder during his court hearing but New Zealand police said he will be facing more charges for the Mosque massacre. During the hearing, Tarrant made a hand gesture associated with white supremacists and racist internet users.

This fucking psychopath went on Facebook live and live-streamed himself shooting 41 attendees at the Al Noor Mosque and killed 7 more at the Linwood Mosque. One victim was rushed to a local hospital but succumbed to their injuries. He also created a manifesto describing his thoughts about racism and white supremacy.

The manifesto was planned two years ago but it mentioned New Zealand wasn’t his first choice for his terrorist attack. Tarrant is being held without bail and his next court date is scheduled for April 5th. Capital Punishment has been abolished in New Zealand since 1989 but in this instance they should bring back one more time for the 49 victims.
