Brian Christopher Miller, the racist who attacked the 68-year old owner and destroyed his store in the video. Luckily the victim is recovering and the family states that they intend to press charges.
Miller was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree robbery. He was booked into jail but has since been released on his own recognizance.
