Kehlani has captured the hearts of children in Gaza with her outspoken support for the Palestinian cause. Kehlani, known for her hit songs and advocacy on social issues, recently uploaded a series of videos to social media, condemning the ongoing violence in the region and criticizing the music industry’s silence.
In her passionate posts, Kehlani called out her peers for their lack of action, stating, “It’s fuck Israel, it’s fuck Zionism, and it’s also fuck a lot of y’all too.” Her direct and unfiltered message has resonated deeply with many around the world, particularly with the children in Gaza who have been directly affected by the conflict.
The artist’s commitment goes beyond her words. Today, she released a new single, “Next 2 U,” and announced that all proceeds from the accompanying merchandise will be donated to Palestinian, Congolese, and Sudanese families. This gesture of solidarity has been met with overwhelming gratitude from the Gaza Strip, where children and families have been struggling amidst the prolonged violence and humanitarian crisis.
