24-year-old Chloe Mrozak of Illinois was arrested and charged on suspicion of falsified vaccination documents. She submitted a fake COVID vaccination card in order to avoid Hawaii’s mandatory 10-day quarantine.
She was caught because she allegedly wrote “Maderna” instead of Moderna.
Mrozak is being held at OCCC under $2,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.
