A video of a white man verbally abusing and harassing a Hispanic man named Juan who serves as a tamale vendor in the community has gone viral. The incident took place in San Pedro, California.

The white man has been identified as Chris Shelby. Shelby is allegedly a plumber/pipe at Halliburton. The company has not revealed if he’s an employee.

After the racist incident, the community came together to support Juan, the tamale vendor. While Chris Shelby was caught on video hiding and avoiding his neighbors in his apartment.
