Clara Lago and Tamar Novas have just begun filming ‘Clanes,’ a new Netflix series produced by Vaca Films that will be shot in Galicia, Malaga, Gibraltar, Algeciras, Madrid, Porto, and Senegal over the next few months.

In ‘Clanes,’ a new lawyer arrives in the small town of Cambados to settle. Ana (Clara Lago) is her name, and her presence is noticed by everyone, including Daniel (Tamar Novas), the son of a major drug trafficker and the visible leader of the “Padn clan” while his father is in prison. Ana, who has extensive experience in one of Madrid’s top law firms, has decided to start over in Cambados in order to make amends for her past.

Clanes stars Clara Lago (The Neighbor, Spanish Affair), Tamar Novas (The Mess You Left Behind, 1000 Miles from Christmas), Xosé Antonio Tourián (Cuados), Chechu Salgado (The Laws of the Border), Melania Cruz (Malencola), Miguel de Lira (Cuados), Francesc Garrido (I Know Who You Are), and Diego Anido (The Beasts).

The creator and screenwriter of this new fiction, Jorge Guerricaechevarra, will be directed by Roger Gual.
