Crunchyroll, in collaboration with Aniplex, has officially announced the global debut of the highly anticipated anime adaptation of the Korean manhwa sensation, Solo Leveling.
Fans worldwide can immerse themselves in the Solo Leveling anime, streaming exclusively on Crunchyroll starting January 6, 2024, and reaching audiences across 200 territories.
About Solo Leveling
Solo Leveling unfolds in a world where mysterious gates connect our reality to another dimension, awakening individuals with superhuman abilities known as “hunters.” These hunters delve into dungeons within the gates, using their powers to earn a living. Sung Jinwoo, initially labeled the Weakest Hunter of All Mankind due to his low rank, stumbles upon a double dungeon, a rare occurrence where a high-level dungeon is concealed within a lower-level one. Faced with a life-threatening situation, Jinwoo encounters a mysterious quest that sets him on a unique path—becoming the sole person capable of leveling up.

Asa Suehira, Chief Content Officer at Crunchyroll, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, saying, “Solo Leveling is a groundbreaking series that has captured the imagination of fans globally, and we are thrilled to be part of the journey to bring this extraordinary manhwa to life as an anime.” Suehira emphasized Crunchyroll’s commitment to delivering diverse, high-quality content that resonates with viewers.
