The woman confronts and records David Tupper after the alleged incident, and while being filmed, he proceeds to go on a racist tirade.
A TikToker (@TizzyEnt) alerted his 5.9 million followers to this situation and requested the public’s assistance in identifying him. Shortly thereafter, Tupper was ultimately identified by the TikToker Danesh.

I want to know why this fool wasn’t arrested and charged with a hate crime including racial intimidation, malicious destruction of personal property and endangerment.
