A dance instructor from western Sussex County has been charged with committing sexual assault and soliciting two minors who were enrolled in her school. Police believe there could be other victims in the case.
Emily Pryor Albino, 23, from Seaford, is facing four felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse of a child by a person in a position of trust and one felony charge of solicitation of a child through computer or any other electronic device.
The investigation into the case began on August 4th after the authorities learned that Pryor Albino, who worked as an instructor in X-Treme Dance Studio of Laurel, sexually assaulted two children studying in her school. It was discovered later that she also sent sexually explicit messages to the two minors.
Police believe that there could be other victims as well, who are yet to come forward and report the crime.
Pryor Albino appeared in court and was remanded into custody with a cash bond of $110,000.
The case is under joint investigation of the State Police Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Unit and the Delaware Department of Justice.
