And Trump is complicit.
Patrick killed at least 20 people in El Paso posted an online manifesto before starting on the deadly rampage that was described by Texas law enforcement and political leaders as hate-filled and racist.
In it, he literally uses the EXACT same bigoted anti-immigrant phrases used by Donald Trump in his speeches and tweets. He drove 660 miles to kill Latinos.
