Elaine Thompson-Herah Closes In On Flo-Jo World Record, Sha’Carri Richardson Speaks After Finishing In Last Place

Elaine Thompson-Herah won in a time of 10.54s, sets a new National Record. Thompson is closing the gap between her and Flo-Jo. Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce placed second and Shericka Jackson third. Jamaica got a clean sweep. Sha’Carri Richardson finished ninth in the race.

Sha’Carri Richardson reacts to placing last in the women’s 100-meter dash at the Prefontaine Classic:

“I’m not done… Talk all the shit you want, ‘cause I’m here to stay.”

A reported asked Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce what she thought about Sha’Carri Richardson being that far back, she said she wasn’t watching Sha’Carri. Didn’t expect anything other than Jamaica 1-2-3. Fraser-Pryce also smiled in the camera when Sha’Carri was doing her interview.
