A 21-year-old LSU-Eunice student, Everette Jackson, is currently missing in Bosie, Idaho after going tubing with his girlfriend.
The couple missed an exit while heading to the dock and got caught by a heavy current. Jackson’s girlfriend was able to grab onto a branch to get to safety but wasn’t able to get Jackson because “he was knocked by the current.”

The deputies investigating Everette Jackson’s disappearance revealed they are searching near the river by jet ski and boats by the Washington Bridge. They also wanted the public to know that the current is too dangerous for those not using a motorized boat to help find Everette Jackson.
Everette Jackson’s family has created a GoFundMe account. The incident occurred on June 11th.
