A 34-year-old black man named Robert Wright was executed by federal agents after they were trying to issue an arrest warrant for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of firearms and drug trafficking charges.

While federal agents tried to execute an arrest warrant, Wright fled which ultimately led him to be gunned down. The investigators said Wright was armed; they didn’t confirm if he actually pulled out his weapon to use it against A-T-F agents and U.S. Marshals who shot at him multiple times.

Family members of Robert Wright want justice after being gunned down by federal agents. A Facebook user named Ray Montana claims Wright was shot 38 times.

This becomes the ninth officer involved in a shooting in South Carolina. Last year, there was 40 officers involved in a shooting during a pandemic.
