Extraction 2: Chris Hemsworth Returns From The Dead To Wreak Havoc On A Ruthless Georgian Gangster

Netflix has released a new trailer for the upcoming action sequel “Extraction 2,” which shows Chris Hemsworth reprising his role as Tyler Rake in a thrilling action sequence.

The film picks up immediately after Tyler Rake barely survives the events of the first film. He’s back as the Australian black ops mercenary, tasked with another lethal mission: rescuing the battered family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they’re being held.

Hemsworth collaborates once again with director Sam Hargrave, with Joe and Anthony Russo’s AGBO producing and Joe Russo writing. Golshifteh Farahani reprises her role from the first film, which also stars Adam Bessa, Olga Kurylenko, Daniel Bernhardt, and Tinatin Dalakishvili.

This is the sequel to the first film, which was based on Ande Parks’ graphic novel ‘Ciudad,’ with a story by Parks, Joe Russo, and Anthony Russo, and illustrations by Fernando León González.

Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Otstot, Chris Hemsworth, Patrick Newall, and Sam Hargrave produce, with executive producers Jake Aust, Benjamin Grayson, Steven Scavelli, Christopher Markus, and Stephen McFeely.
