The Bravo world lost its young love poster children. Kim Zolciak Biermann’s 23-year-old daughter, Ariana Biermann, and her boyfriend, the entrepreneur Hudson McLeroy, 24, who once considered the perfect future guy, have separated. The couple who grew up together at the same senior high school and became Bravo’s “it couple” on Next Gen NYC (which debuted in June 2025) both verified their separation on Instagram on Monday.
Their statement arrived with no scandal, no dirty receipts, but the infamous term: “personal growth.”
Ariana captioned in her Instagram story: “Hudson and I have decided to go our separate ways. While these things are never easy, we both know it’s what’s best for us right now. We are so grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the years. Sometimes life takes you in different directions and that’s okay ❤ love you all.”
Fans are crying, dragging, and blaming Kim Zolciak.
Of course, Bravo fans flooded the Internet quicker than the breakdown of a Housewives reunion.
One upset fan tweeted, “We get a non-toxic couple on Bravo, and then they break up? Break up? Wishing them both the best!”
Another exclaimed, “Landing in NYC with your significant other never lasts!”
Some were cattier, with one stating, “No wayyy they were together for yeaarrrs. I wonder if he’s tired of her paying for her nasty mom.”
Some accused Kim Zolciak Biermann directly. “How the f did it all go back to her mom somehow,” wrote one fan. Another stated, “She’s such a leech, and he wasn’t tolerating it…sad but this doesn’t surprise me.”
Will the heartbreak pay out for Bravo?
The split also raises questions about the future of Next Gen NYC. There are already rumors going around that the Bravo cameras have started rolling again for season two, and the breakup of Ariana and Hudson may yield the very type of drama the producers hope for.
And one drama fan responded with, “If you would’ve told me a year ago that I’d be actually sad that Ariana Biermann and her bf broke up…. ????????????????“
