FIRST LOVE – ENTERS GLOBAL TOP 10 AND GIVES EXCLUSIVE LOOK BEHIND THE SCENES

Netflix series First Love, inspired by Hikaru Utada‘s songs First Love and Hatsukoi, is celebrating its entry into the global Netflix Top 10.

The series currently ranks #8 across all Non-English Series. It has also entered the Top 10 across 11 countries and has taken the prime position in Taiwan and Japan, now for the 5th consecutive day in its originating country.

First Love is directed and written by Yuri Kanchiku, starring Hikari Mitsushima and Takeru Satoh, and tells a spectacular, cross-generational love story that spans more than 20 years.

To celebrate the success of the series Netflix today gave fans a look behind the scenes, revealing exclusive BTS imagery, which includes four shots of Hikari Mitsushima, Takeru Satoh, Rikako Yagi, and Taisei Kido-who do not have any scenes together in the series due to their roles as Yae and Harumichi-as well as additional photos of the cast.
