The first trailer for Matthias Schweighöfer’s ‘ARMY OF THIEVES’, produced by Zack Snyder, has been released.
In this prequel to Zack Snyder’s Army of the Dead, small-town bank teller Dieter gets drawn into the adventure of a lifetime when a mysterious woman recruits him to join a crew of Interpol’s most wanted criminals, attempting to heist a sequence of legendary, impossible-to-crack safes across Europe.
The film stars Schweighöfer, who reprises his role as Ludwig Dieter, along with a supporting cast that includes Nathalie Emmanuel, Guz Khan, Ruby O. Fee, Stuart Martin, Jonathan Cohen, Noemie Nakai and Peter Simonischek. Filming began in Germany in October 2020, and concluded by December 2020.
The film releases this Fall on Netflix.
