‘Flint Strong’ Starring Ryan Destiny Has Wrapped Filming

Production has wrapped on Claressa Shields biopic ‘Flint Strong’ from director Rachel Morrison. Barry Jenkins penned the film. Ryan Destiny and Brian Tyree Henry star in the biopic.

The film follows a 17-year-old Flint, Michigan native whose dreams of becoming the first woman in history to win an Olympic gold medal in boxing came to fruition at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

‘Flint Strong’ is rumored to be released in late 2023 or early 2024.
