Funk Flex Claims JAY-Z Allegedly Made A Deal With Donald Trump

Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez was among the 143 pardons issued by Donald Trump on his last day in office last Tuesday.

Decades ago, the music executive and JAY-Z’s right-hand woman was arrested on drug, firearm and grand larceny charges.

“Ms. Perez was involved in a conspiracy to distribute narcotics. Since her conviction, Ms. Perez has taken full accountability for her actions and has turned her life around,” the White House wrote in a notice of Perez’s pardon. “She has been gainfully employed and has been an advocate for criminal justice reform in her community.”

Perez has been a major player in the music industry for the last decade. She was appointed from COO to CEO of the company in 2019. The music mogul oversees music, publishing, touring, TV and film, activism and more. Perez has received prestigious awards such as Executive of the Year Billboard’s annual Women in Music event.

Funk Flex took to Instagram today to take shots at Jay-Z and Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez.

Flex is expected to release some information tonight on his radio show about how Roc Nation CEO got pardoned by Trump administration.
