New interview alert. We had the opportunity to cover the Los Angeles Premiere of “TICKET TO PARADISE” at the Regency Village Theatre on Monday, October 17th.
We spoke with Academy Award® winners George Clooney and Julia Roberts about reuniting on the big screen as exes who find themselves on a shared mission to stop their lovestruck daughter from making the same mistake they once made.
“It was great to reunite and honestly, it sort of it kind of reminded me not only how much I adore you, but just how fun it is to play this game with someone with that you have this much time between you,” Roberts says. “You know, she lived right next to me. Clooney followed it off by saying, “So just so you know, I can’t shake her. Literally. You can’t shake her. She comes up and knocks on the door at nine in the morning at nine more. Seven in the morning. I don’t have coffee. I’m and the kids are like, Ant Julia is here.”
Kaitlyn Dever spoke to us about playing George Clooney and Julia Roberts’ daughter in the film.
“The energy was joyful. It was exciting and it was really laid back. And I learned so much in just the way that they present themselves at work and the way that they interact with everybody on set. It just, you know, they have like a very the the way that they are so laid back is is just it allows everybody to sort of feel really comfortable and supported and and they’re just a lot of fun. They have a lot of fun together and it’s just a really awesome energy to be around.”
“Ticket To Paradise” was directed by Ol Parker from his script with Daniel Pipski.
