Their landlord, Pinedale Properties, is trying to evict dozens of families in the middle of a pandemic. Many tenants have claimed that the their landlord has even blocked their emails over repair issues.
Pinedale Properties and Ranee Management are among the top three evictors in Toronto, according to the Toronto Star.
These multi-million dollar corporations have threaten over 50 households in the last ten months with homelessness in a pandemic.
