Gugu Mbatha-Raw Joining the Cast of ‘Loki’ in Undisclosed Role for Disney+

Coming off Apple’s The Morning Show, Gugu Mbatha-Raw is heading to another streaming drama.

Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Fast Color, A Wrinkle in Time) has joined the cast of Disney Plus and Marvel Studios’ Loki in an undisclosed “prominent” role.

Details are being kept under wraps but Deadline hears it is a prominent character, possible a female lead.

The series is set to premiere on the service in Spring of 2021.
