After making waves with her infamous lasagna recipe, Paris Hilton is returning to TV and putting her culinary skills on display with a new six-episode series. Cooking with Paris debuts August 4, and the heiress and former reality star will be joined in the kitchen by an exciting list of famous guests.

In each episode, Hilton—who is always dressed to the nines—and her guest learn to cook a new dish with the signature style that Hilton has become known for, but there’s more to the show than that.

“With everything that’s happened in the world in the past year and a half, people want to be able to laugh and smile and watch something that makes them feel good and also learn,” says Hilton. “I think a lot of people have been cooking at home during this time and love making new things. It’s such a fun experience to invite someone over and cook and bond with them. I hope that the show also inspires others to invite their friends over to cook and enjoy their company.”

In one episode, Hilton and her guest have a lot of fun as they learn to cook a fluffy frittata, a dish the reality star says is her favorite and is “the perfect meal to cook for brunch on the weekends.” Learn how to make it for yourself at home with the easy-to-follow recipe below.
