Antonio Basco lost his wife, Margie Reckard, in the El Paso mass shooting on August 3. He invited the public to attend his wife’s funeral service on Friday night, and hundreds of strangers showed up in solidarity.
Here’s the scene inside the funeral home for Margie Reckard’s prayer service. This service is likely the last of the large public remembrances for the 22 victims of a white supremacist hate crime in El Paso on Aug. 3.
