New Castle County Police have released body cam footage from an officer-involved shooting before the state’s AG office completes an investigation.
Police in Delaware said they shot and killed Lymond Moses in January as he drove “directly at the officers.”
Body camera footage released today shows that officers shot Mr. Moses as he was driving around them.
