A fight that took place recently in Hollywood McDonald’s featuring rapper Ice Spice is under investigation conducted by the Los Angeles Police Department after a fight was caught on camera.
According to TMZ reports, video evidence reveals how a woman approached rapper Ice Spice at a table in Hollywood McDonald’s demanding a seat and, upon rejection, started beating up Ice Spice in what seemed like a physical altercation. It was reported that the rapper smashed a phone during the fight, which then moved into the parking area, where she was again hit by a woman.
Attorney for Ice Spice Bradford Cohen said that the attack was totally unprovoked and that she would take legal action against her.
“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD, and we will be pursuing any and all avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions, including criminally and civilly. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their lack of appropriate security,” Bradford said.
But Ice Spice’s alleged attacker, Vayah, said that things had actually gone down a different way. According to her, everything was going okay initially.
“Immediately, Ice Spice was being rude. She was like, ‘Why are you over here? You can leave, bye, ” Vayah explained. “I was like, ‘Why are you being rude? Pretty much.'”
Vayah further added, “Let me tell you something. You’re in LA. You’re in my city now, and you can’t be out here disrespecting people. If you wanted us to leave, you could have just said, politely, ‘I’m not in the mood.'”
It was claimed that after this statement from Vayah, the rapper disrespected her, which led her to slap the rapper, and that a second physical altercation happened outside, where the rapper smashed a cell phone belonging to her friend.
A police report has already been filed by both parties.
