Jeremy Allen White (The Bear, Shameless) joins the cast of The Iron Claw as “Kerry” starring alongside Zac Efron (The Greatest Beer Run Ever, The Greatest Showman, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile) as “Kevin” and Harris Dickinson (Triangle of Sadness, Where the Crawdads Sing) as “David” of the iconic Von Erich family.
The film is written and directed by Sean Durkin.
A24 set to finance and produce. The film is co-financed by Access Industries and BBC Film.
Based on a true story, the film follows the rise and fall of the Von Erich family, a dynasty of wrestlers who made a huge impact on the sport from the 1960s to the present day.
Alongside A24, Tessa Ross, Derrin Schlesinger, Harrison Huffman, and Angus Lamont will produce. The film was developed by House Productions, with the support of Access Entertainment and BBC Film.
Jeremy is repped by WME, Entertainment 360, and Attorney Robby Koch.
