Jovi Pena Claims She Was Raped By Djigui Seck At New Year’s Party After Kai Cenat Invited Her

An influencer named Jovi Pena claimed she was raped at a New Year’s Party by a man named Djigui Seck after getting invited by Kai Cenat.

Peña took to Twitter about the situation after revealing she hasn’t received help from this alleged incident. She says, “On January 1st, 2023 I was raped at a party by a COMPLETE stranger. I was invited to this party by someone I thought to be a friend. I asked for help and It’s not going anywhere so I’ve decided to take it to social media. His name is Djigui Sack.”

She continues with another Tweet claiming she was invited to the party by Kai Cenat, and she also claims he guaranteed her safety at one point at the party. Peña said, “I was invited by Kai Cenat. When I decided to leave he told me I’d be safer upstairs since I was drunk and nobody would bother me. However, after I fell asleep since I thought I was safe due to their being security and Kai’s confirmation…”

Peña goes into detail about the alleged rape incident in her next few tweets: “However I wasn’t safe. Djigui Sack walked into the room where I was asleep and brutally raped me to the point where I bled. when I woke up to see him still on top of me I called him out as a rapist and he told me that I was in his bed and that’s why he did what he did… I was in shock. I called texted “my friend” who invited but I got no answer and I was told by the rapist that he left which I found out later to be a lie. He told me we can just keep it a secret and pretend nothing happened but I was already traumatized by then. I asked him if he Atleast used protection which he then showed me a dirty condom and said “yes a skins condom”. Now I have to take medication for a month to make sure I don’t catch any stds. As you all know those condoms only protect you from unwanted pregnancies & not stds.”

Jovi Pena explains what she did after allegedly being raped at the New Year’s Party, “I spent all day crying and processing what happened to me instead of enjoying my vacation in New York. At night time I had dinner reservations but I went to the emergency room instead as I was still in pain from what had happened to me. i described what the person looked like to my friend Who had invited me and he said he didn’t know the person. however after digging for a day and a half I found the person’s Instagram and that they have been friends for years. it’s been 5 days since the incident & I haven’t been able to sleep or eat properly. I haven’t been able to socialize or go to work. This is all I think about 24/7. I’m not looking for attention. All I want is the justice I deserve. I want to stop him from hurting anyone else.”

Peña didn’t reveal if she called the police to report the alleged rape incident in her Twitter thread. Another Twitter claims she did call the police and they are investigating.

Kai Cenat appears to deny it was one of his friends, and she then finds a picture of them together. Peña posted a couple of screenshots and screen-recorded videos of her alleged messages with Kai on her Instagram story.

In Peña’s next Instagram story, she revealed she doesn’t want to sue anybody she just wants her rapist in jail. She posted a picture of a bloody tissue saying, “Blood from the day of.
I was not on my period this is from brutal force. Hours later I was still bleeding. This picture was taken immediately after using the bathroom.”

Peña showed paperwork for being discharged from the hospital in her next Instagram story slide. She said, “I went to the doctor January 1st at nighttime. I was discharged the next day. Posted my id in case y’all wanna say that’s not my name. I don’t really care what negative things people have to say about me but I know what happened to me and I have all the evidence to prove it so I will.”
