Justin Timberlake has post a public apology to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson. It took Timberlake almost twenty years and some social media backlash to acknowledge his wrongs, while his career flourished while Britney and Janet suffered.

Timberlake became a villain in the public eyes after FX aired the ‘Free Britney’ documentary. He had the chance to change a formative narrative that demonized Spears and exonerated him, he chose to embrace it instead.
Janet Jackson was also blacklisted by the media because what Justin Timberlake did during their Super Bowl performance.
