Kansas City Woman Courtney Loebsack Dubbed “Pool Side Karen” Goes Viral for Harassing Minors at Local Pool

Courtney Loebsack, a resident of Kansas City, is at the center of a social media firestorm after a video surfaced showing her aggressively confronting a group of minors at a local pool. The video, which has rapidly gone viral, depicts Loebsack appearing to be intoxicated as she harangues the children, demanding they leave the pool because she believes they are too young to be there.

In the footage, Loebsack can be seen accusing the teenagers of messing with her 10-year-old. According to Danesh, the social media user who identified Loebsack, she initiated the confrontation because she thought the kids were laughing at her daughter. When one of the girls clarified that they were not laughing at her child, Loebsack allegedly responded, “Someone else did today, and I’m still mad about that.”

Danesh further claims that Loebsack’s husband exacerbated the situation by shouting “fight, fight, fight” in a joking manner, which only heightened tensions. Despite his initial instigation, Loebsack’s husband later apologized for his behavior. Interestingly, Loebsack’s daughter reportedly defended the kids involved in the incident.

The viral video has ignited widespread condemnation on social media, with many users dubbing Loebsack as “Pool Side Karen.” The moniker “Karen” has become a popular term to describe entitled or demanding women in viral social media incidents.
