Kerry Washington to Be Honored with Hollywood’s Coveted Walk of Fame Star

On Monday, December 2, 2024, at 11:30 AM PT, Kerry Washington will be honored with the 2,796th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The star-studded ceremony will be held at 6258 Hollywood Boulevard, in front of The W Hollywood Hotel, and live-streamed exclusively on the Walk of Fame website.

The television category of honor signifies that Washington did indeed make fundamental developments in the arena of acting, producing, and directing to advocacy. The ceremony will consist of an all-star lineup of speakers, an emcee such as Hollywood Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Steve Nissen, and special remarks by acclaimed filmmaker Tyler Perry and producer Shonda Rhimes.

A Star for a Trailblazer
