Kim Zolciak’s 15 Year Old Son Arrested on Aggravated Sodomy and Sexual Battery Charges

A 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak, a former reality star from “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” and retired NFL player Kroy Biermann has been charged with a felony sexual crime stemming from an incident that his classmate claims took place at a gym in April.

According to reports, Kroy Biermann Jr. (also called KJ) was arrested on August 17, and he has remained in custody since then. The youth faces charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

TMZ has obtained the court documents that state that a police officer was dispatched to North Fulton Hospital on April 24th to respond to the sexual assault complaint. The alleged victim, her classmate, and her father told the police that the incident took place one day earlier at the nearby gym. In particular, she stated that they went together to the sauna, passing through the family changing room, where the incident occurred. She said she told the youth no, but he didn’t stop. Police launched an investigation, and a police officer attempted to contact Kroy Biermann Sr. on May 14, reaching out to him on May 18. According to the police report, Biermann Sr. said he would speak to Zolciak about the matter. Biermann Jr. is currently in custody at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. No bail has been set.

Various reports list different court dates. In one version, a preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 8th, which needs verification through court documents.

According to various reports, neither parent has commented on the matter, and no attorney has been appointed. None of the allegations have been proved; the youth is not guilty until proven otherwise.

Zolciak, 48, and Biermann, 40, separated in 2023 after 11 years of marriage amid a contested divorce. This year, a judge awarded Biermann primary physical custody of their children.
