Details of the Alleged Assault
According to the woman’s account, the altercation took place after a night out. She explained that she had been waiting in a hotel lobby for Tori and another individual, identified as Rich, to join her for an after-hours event. When they failed to come downstairs, she decided to check on them in their hotel room.
Upon entering the room, she claims she noticed that Tori had a visible knot on her forehead, which immediately raised concerns. The situation quickly escalated into a confrontation.
