The ongoing feud between reality TV star Draya Michele and NFL quarterback Tyrod Taylor has taken a dramatic turn as the two continue their legal battle over Taylor’s Los Angeles home. The former couple, who dated for three years, are locked in a dispute involving eviction claims, alleged agreements, and financial obligations.

As previously reported, Taylor purchased the property during their relationship, with the understanding that Michele would rent the home with the intention of purchasing it at a later date. However, the situation has since spiraled into a courtroom standoff.

Michele claims she made an offer to purchase the home within the agreed timeframe, but alleges Taylor reneged on their deal after presenting a counteroffer. Adding to her grievances, she asserts that she was never served an eviction notice and has petitioned the court to force Taylor to follow through with the sale of the home.

On the other hand, Taylor strongly disputes Michele’s claims. According to court documents obtained by InTouch, Taylor insists that no formal agreement was ever reached regarding the sale of the property. He further alleges that Michele has not paid rent since June 2024, leaving him to cover significant expenses related to the property.

“Since approximately June 2024, I have been carrying the payment of the mortgage and upkeep expenses on the subject property,” Taylor stated in court filings. “The approximate monthly amount associated with these expenses is $19,843.00.”

Taylor’s legal team argues that Michele is deliberately delaying the eviction process to remain in the home rent-free, while his company continues to incur costs associated with the property. He claims that the supposed lease and purchase agreement Michele presented were unsigned, undermining her claims of any official deal.

“There was never an agreement whereby [Draya] would either purchase or receive an interest in the subject property,” Taylor asserted in his response. “Rather, [Draya] presented a written offer to purchase the property. The parties were negotiating a potential purchase. However, no agreement has been reached and no agreement has been signed.”
