The city council renamed the intersection of Crenshaw and Slauson, Nipsey Hussle Square after the hip hop legend was assassinated in front of his own clothing store.

Nipsey Hussle was more than a rapper, he was leader in our communities. He was a role model to many people on the planet. He is what a black man is supposed to be in society. Nipsey made it big and unlike most rappers he stayed in his hood and reinvested the money he worked hard for into his hood.
Our condolences goes out to Lauren London, his family, his friends, and every single life he has touched.
