Authorities have confirmed the school shooter is dead.
The school resource officer fired a round at the shooter, and the shooter fired a round as well, but the officer was not injured.
St. Mary’s County Sheriff Tim Cameron confirmed the death of the male student. The female is in critical condition, while the other victim is stable.

Not even before the first bell rang before tragedy happened at Great Mills High School. Several people have been shot at Great Mills High School in Maryland this morning.

Three victims have been transported to local hospitals. One victim is in critical condition. This is sad, less than one week ago Great Mills High School participated in the nationwide walkout to change gun control policy.
