Jordon Hudson claims she will seek legal action against sports journalist Pablo Torre.
Torre, who used to be an ESPN host but is now a podcaster, has spent considerable time investigating the connection between UNC coach Bill Belichick and 24-year-old Hudson.
In a post on her Instagram page on Sunday, Hudson indicated she would be suing Torre.
“P.S. I’m suing you @pstorre,” she wrote, accompanied by a “hand heart” emoji.
Torre posted quickly afterward in an X post:
“Hi @Jordonbella, I assume this means you’re declining my invitation to be a guest on @pablofindsout? Either way, I look forward to hearing from you! Thanks, Pablo.”
In the selfie that she posted last Sunday, Hudson wore a “banned” necklace as she showcased her all-access pass to UNC.
Torre had previously reported that North Carolina prohibited Hudson from using the school facilities. The UNC disputed this finding in the spring.
“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities,” it continued. “Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”
