Stephon Clark died by a police officer. He was unarmed and took 20 bullets by a police officer in Sacramento last year. Stephon Clark was 22 years young.
Earlier this week, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said Terrence Mercadal and Jared Robinet the police officers who shot and killed Stephon Clark last March will not face charges. The two officers fired on Clark, who was unarmed, after a foot chase that ended in his grandmother’s backyard.
This announcement lead to protesters storming the Sacramento City Council looking for justice for Stephon Clark.
