Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story captivated viewers as it debuted at the top of the English TV List with 148.28M hours viewed, making it the most-watched title this week. In its first week, the series received over 22 million views (148.28M hours viewed divided by 6.49 runtime hours).
The Shondaland Bridgerton-verse prequel, which starred Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte), India Amarteifio (Young Queen Charlotte), Corey Mylchreest (Young King George), Arsema Thomas (Young Agatha Danbury), and a stellar cast, received a Certified Fresh score of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes and debuted in the Top 10 in 91 countries.
The series (Covers from the Netflix Series) soundtrack, which includes instrumental covers of modern pop classics by Alicia Keys, will delight fans.
Seasons 1 and 2 of Sweet Tooth (which got renewed for a third season) had 25.18 million and 60.47 million hours viewed, respectively; Season 1 and the final episodes of Season 2 of Firefly Lane; and the 7th and final season of Workin’ Moms (15.11 million hours viewed). The Diplomat (31.15M hours viewed), The Night Agent (26.88M hours viewed), and BEEF (14.79M hours viewed) round out the top five.
With 49.32M hours viewed, French action-adventure AKA topped the Non-English Films chart. With 81.85M total hours viewed in just ten days, the film has climbed to the seventh spot on the Most Popular list. With an additional 5.58M hours viewed, Thai thriller Hunger moved to the #8 spot on the Most Popular List, with 80.91M total hours watched.
Polish romantic comedy Kiss, Kiss!, Turkish thriller Chokehold, Mexican comedy Queens on the Run, and Korean action-adventure Kill Boksoon remained on the list.
New dramas drew a large number of viewers. With 26.14M hours viewed, the Turkish drama The Tailor topped the Non-English TV List.
The Korean comedy The Good Bad Mother (9.17 million views) and the Japanese drama Sanctuary (9 million views) have also been added to the list.
Meanwhile, fans returned to their favorites, including Seasons 1 and 2 of Colombian drama The Marked Heart, Danish thriller The Nurse, Season 2 of Spanish drama Welcome to Eden, Doctor Cha and Queenmaker from Korea, and Rough Diamonds from Belgium.
