Raiders defensive lineman Carl Nassib is the NFL’s first active openly gay player

Carl Nassib, who currently plays for the Las Vegas Raiders, also announced that he is donating $100,000 to the Trevor Project, a nonprofit organization that focuses on suicide prevention programs for LGBTQ youth.
