He scored an equalizer in the 68th minute with an impressive shot from outside the penalty area and secured all three points for the leading team during extra time, after receiving Modrić’s pass inside the six-yard box. As a result, our team now has a four-point advantage over Barcelona.
The second half was completely different as it started with a chance for Madrid, but Rodrygo’s powerful shot from inside the area went over the goal in the 47th minute. Barcelona responded with a header from Íñigo Martínez that hit the post, and Kepa’s impressive reflexes stopped Araujo’s follow-up.
From that moment, our team took control of the Clásico, and Kroos came close to equalizing with a shot from the edge of the area that ended up in Ter Stegen’s hands in the 58th minute.
The Clásico started in the worst possible way. Gündoğan scored for Barcelona in the seventh minute, taking advantage of two deflections to beat Kepa in a one-on-one situation. The home team had another opportunity nine minutes later when
Fermín’s shot from inside the area hit the post. We had to react at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, and Rüdiger attempted to do so with a long-range shot in the 22nd minute. Carvajal also tried to surprise the goalkeeper with a cross-shot that hit the side-netting in the 38th minute.
Bellingham made a significant impact on the game. Ancelotti made a substitution, bringing on Luka Modric for his 500th appearance, alongside Joselu.
Five minutes later, Madrid attempted another shot with a Tchouameni effort, which was saved by Ter Stegen’s exceptional diving save. Real Madrid was in their prime and finally scored in the 68th minute when Bellingham’s strong shot from 25 meters overcame the home team’s goalkeeper.

During injury time, Carvajal delivered a cross into the penalty area, and Modrić skillfully guided the ball towards Bellingham’s path. Bellingham flawlessly executed the finish, resulting in his tenth goal in the competition and earning him the title of La Liga’s leading scorer.
