Rihanna Responds To That Controversial Snapchat Advertisement

Snapchat really fucked up this time. Instagram a couple months ago made stories on their app kinda of like snapchat so it’s been slowly killing the app. Now snapchat just recently came after Rihanna by making an ad sayimg “would you rather slap Rihanna or punch Chris Brown.” That did not sit well with Rihanna. Rihanna responded to snapchat ad by making a post on her instagram story. Rihanna states, “Now SNAPCHAT I know you already know you ain’t my fav app out there! But I’m just trying to figure out what the point was with this mess!,” Rihanna is offended by this ad and continues on talk about how snapchat has disappointed people who go through domestic violence. Rihanna says, “I’d love to call it ignorance, but I know you ain’t that dumb! You spent money to animate something that would intentionally bring shame to [domestic violence] victims and made a joke of it!!! This isn’t about my personal feelings, cause I don’t have much of them…but all the women, children, and men that have been victims of DV in the past and especially the ones who haven’t made it out yet…you let us know! Shame on you. Throw the whole app-ology away.” Snapchat recently just took the ad down and apologized to Rihanna for putting the ad on there. I just think sometimes you should leave the past in the past. This incident cost snapchat on the stock market as well. According to Bussiness Insider, snapchat sales has decreased in a big way. Stocks had dropped 4% since Rihanna clap back. Right now it seems like snapchat is killing itself. Their competitors are getting smarter and better and they are getting worse and stupid. At the end of the day you should never come for Rihanna because the world loves Rihanna more than app. Plus you should never bite the hand that feeds you. Culture made snapchat successful not these idiots operating it. Their new update also sucks too. Comment below about how you feel about this article: Instagram: WhereistheBuzzz
