A 24-year-old woman from Minnesota had a booking photo that went viral after she was arrested on charges of a serious crime.

Soumaya Ali Abdi from Eagan, Minnesota, was arrested on charges of aggravated robbery on April 1st by the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office. Aggravated robbery is considered a first-degree felony under Minnesota Statute 609.245, 1.

She was booked under case number 27CR267828 for charges filed by the Minneapolis Police Department. Booking number and inmate number are 2026006463 and 202601542, respectively.

Abdi was out of custody starting April 2nd with the following conditional release terms. There were bail options: $150,000 in cash or conditional release at no cost. The next hearing will take place at the courthouse in downtown Minneapolis on May 6 at 10 am.
