Social Media Reacts To Paige Spiranac’s “Cooking with Paige” Video

Paige Spiranac posted a one-minute video on X titled “Cooking with Paige,” in which she demonstrates how to prepare an unhealthy breakfast in her kitchen.

Wearing a yellow sports bra and blue leggings, she begins preparing her recipe.

She introduces herself and the reason for the video, then describes her yogurt base.

“Hi friends, I thought I would share my yogurt bowl recipe with you because no one asked; that’d be fun,” Spiranac said in the video. “Anyways, we start off with the base. This is the Faye lactose-free Greek yogurt. It is delicious; I love it. But sometimes I feel like in the morning, if you’re eating a lot of Greek yogurt, the consistency can just get a little bit thick and hard to get down.”

Then, Spiranac introduces her second important ingredient, Lifeway organic kefir.

“So what I do, this is liquid gold, this is kefir, this is the plain unsweetened,” she said. “You add this into this in your bowl; it makes it smooth and delicious. Then we add in the protein powder. This is the peanut butter chocolate flavor. It’s from ProMix. Amazing.”

It looks like a mixed, brown product before Spiranac puts another ingredient on the white bowl.

“After we top it off with Purely Elizabeth, this is the vanilla chocolate chip flavor,” she said. “Delicious. I absolutely love it. And that is my yogurt bowl.”

At the end of her video, Spiranac mentions that her recipe is not exact.

“And the fun thing about this is you can mix it up,” she said. “You can do vanilla protein powder, strawberry protein powder, chocolate protein powder. You can top it off with different granolas. You can do fruits. You can do whatever you want. And that’s how you start your day.”
