Luis Rubiales, after weeks of intense pressure on his position following the FIFA Women’s World Cup final, has confirmed his resignation as the president of RFEF.
Rubiales faced significant backlash for his behavior during the final match, where Spain emerged victorious against England to secure their first world title. This criticism encompassed an incident involving an unwanted kiss on Jenni Hermoso.
