Both HBO and HBO Max saw strong Sunday night viewing, with the fourth episode of “Succession” setting a new series record.
A new series record was set for Sunday’s episode of SUCCESSION, which received 2.6 million viewers across HBO Max and linear broadcasts.
The total number of viewers was 4 percent higher than the episode from last week (2.5 million) and 11 percent higher than the episode that opened season four (2.3 million).
Also, the season four debut episode has accumulated almost 8 million watchers across stages in only a month. Viewership figures depend on Nielsen and first party information.
The fourth and final ten-episode season of the Emmy®-winning HBO Original drama series, which was created by Jesse Armstrong, debuted on March 26th.
New episodes will air on Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Through the eyes of Logan Roy (Brian Cox) and his four grown children—Kendall (Jeremy Strong), Siobhan (Sarah Snook), Roman (Kieran Culkin), and Connor (Alan Ruck), the series explores issues of power and family dynamics.
